Our Inflammation Immunity & Tumour Biology laboratory is part of the Department of Bioscience and Bioengineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jodhpur. Our laboratory utilizes a multi-pronged approach with molecular biology, biochemistry, flow cytometry, and high-resolution microscopy approaches to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying innate immunity in inflammation and cancer.

Broadly we are interested in:​​

• Cellular and molecular mechanisms of glioma pathogenesis

• Understanding dopamine-induced microglial extracellular traps formation

• Development of AI platforms for human health

• Understanding of inflammatory pathways at the nano-bio interface

​We have ongoing and completed collaborations exploring wound healing, molecular mechanisms of inflammatory diseases, and cancer with AIIMS Jodhpur, Defense lab Jodhpur, ACTREC/TMH Mumbai, and IIT Bombay.
