Our laboratory is part of the Department of Bioscience and Bioengineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jodhpur. Our laboratory utilizes a transdisciplinary, multi-pronged approach utilizing patient-derived organoids, primary cell culture, molecular biology, biochemistry, flow cytometry, and high-resolution microscopy approaches to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying innate immunity in inflammation and cancer.
